Demo out soon!


First of all, happy holidays! This year has been pretty rough and I hope you’re doing well. I’m taking a bit of time off for Christmas but I’ll come back to Golfly very soon. In the mean time, I want to share some of the progress I’ve made.

I’ve been designing more balls that will be unlockable as you play. Here’s a glimpse:

I’m trying to make everything pleasnt visually, so I remade the gravity:

The UI also got some love:

Most importantly, I’ve been working on new mechanics. I’m still adding and testing some, but I already have something to work with.

I want to explore the idea of multiple planets. I think it can be really fun.

Because the game is based around tiny planets and their gravity, I think it could be really fun to mess with it. I’m testing two new mechanics: no gravity and inverting gravity. When you go thourgh a switch, you toggle the gravity on/off or its direction. On this level, you can see a gravity inverting switch. Try to imagine how it would help you with this level ;)
